One-time password requirement/two-factor authentication

When you access our portal, you will be prompt to use two-factor authentication or 2FA.

What is 2FA?

Two-factor (2FA) is an additional security layer to protect your privacy – it helps to address the vulnerabilities of a standard password-only approach. 

The 6-digit code will be retrieved from a mobile app (you must have a smartphone) called Google Authenticator.

When you download the Google Authenticator app, you will need to scan the QR-Code shown in REMEDi when you entered your username and password.

Then it will ask you to enter a 6-digit code from the Google Authenticator app. Enter the 6-digit code within 60 seconds (note that the 6-digit code changes every 60 seconds, for security reason).

That's it, you are done.
