How do I prescribe medicines to my patient?

When you completed the diagnosis, you will enter the medicines to be prescribed.

Key in the medicine description in the field - enter 3 alphabets, and it will search for the inventory of the clinic.

Key in the dispense method (internally or externally)

Key in the dosage and frequency

The duration and period.

Once you have done the medication details, you will need to choose the dispensary options.

If there are multiple batches of medicines (each batch has different expiry date), then you will need to choose which batch of the medicine that you will want to dispense from your inventory.

If there are more than one medicines to be entered, click on the plus sign on the left.

Then you go to the procedures. 

Click on disposable if there are consumables or disposables used during the treatment of the patient.

Enter the procedure name/description, along with the outcome and date.

If there are more than one procedures to be entered, click on the plus sign on the left.

Then enter the patient management notes

Click on MC if MC is required for the patient and enter the number of days. 

Click on next appointment if required

Click on referral notes if required

Click on the finish button.

Confirm the submission

That's it, you are done.
