If there's an emergency, how do I retrieve patient's data

Let's say there's a patient came in, he/she has registered with REMEDi, but for any reason, his mobile/her mobile is not available or her ID/his ID is not available 

Example: trauma victim, unconscious and no identity and belonging

To retrieve the patient's data, you will need to call us at 019 416 0616. You will need to provide your IC and we will verify your account.

Once verified, we will provide you with the 6-digit code to access the patient's data.
